Please review our policy carefully before registering for any course.

– All course fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

– Course transfers or cancellations are not permitted after registration has been completed.

– Students who arrive late may not be permitted to join the class due to certification requirements related to attendance time and course content. Late arrivals are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling and will be required to pay the full course fee to attend another session.

– A student who registers but does not attend the course will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows are not eligible for refunds or course transfers and will be required to pay the full fee to register again.

– If a student is unable to attend due to illness, they must inform Hilltop AST at least 72 hours before the course start time. Failure to provide notice within this time frame will result in no refund or rescheduling under any circumstances.

– Hilltop AST reserves the right to modify course fees, schedules, or dates at any time without prior notice.
